Terms of use

What this service is

Bookanoo Ltd, trading as BahamasBooking.com, provides information about travel in The Bahamas and helps travellers find and contact suppliers of accommodation, experiences, boats, transport and visitor services. In the current phase we do not sell travel services, take payment or act as the supplier of any service.

Requests are not bookings

Sending a request through this website does not create a reservation, hold or contract. Any booking you make is between you and the supplier, on the supplier’s terms. We will always tell you in writing when something has been confirmed by a supplier.

Information on this site

We work to keep the information here accurate and current, but it is general guidance. Schedules, prices, entry requirements, taxes and operating details change and should be confirmed with the relevant carrier, supplier or authority before you rely on them. We are not responsible for losses arising from reliance on information on this site.

Suppliers

Suppliers we refer you to are independent businesses. We check that they exist and hold the licences their activity requires, but we do not control their services and are not liable for them. Your rights against a supplier are governed by your agreement with that supplier and by Bahamian law.

Your conduct

You agree not to send false or abusive requests, not to attempt to disrupt the website, and not to copy our content for commercial use without permission.

Intellectual property

The text, design and logos on this site belong to Bookanoo Ltd or are used under licence. Photographs are credited where a credit is required by their licence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas.
