A little help goes a long way.
Find the next step before, during and after a booking. If your plans have more moving parts, start with a trip request and a person will take it from there.
Before you book
How do I know what is included?
Every listing shows its price basis (per person, per night, per boat and so on), what is included, and the supplier's terms. If something is not stated, ask us in the request and we will confirm it with the supplier before you commit.
What happens after I send a request?
A person reads it, checks availability with the supplier for your dates and replies by email within two business days with specific options. Your reference number stays on the confirmation screen and in our reply.
Are the prices I see final?
Prices are the supplier's starting rates in US dollars and exclude taxes or fees unless stated. Listings currently marked as samples are illustrative while suppliers are onboarded. The final price is confirmed in writing before anything is booked.
Does a request hold anything?
No. Nothing is held, booked or charged until the supplier confirms availability and you agree in writing.
During your trip
What if the weather changes a boat day?
Operators decide on safety grounds. Each listing states its weather terms; typically a trip is moved to another day or refunded rather than run in unsafe conditions.
How do I change or cancel?
Reply to our email with your reference. Cancellation terms are the supplier's, shown before confirmation, and we will help you apply them.
Can you help with a trip that spans several islands?
Yes. Send a trip request with your dates and the islands you are considering. We will map a realistic route and arrange the pieces that need arranging.
