A sandbar picnic in the southern cays

At low tide the sandbars off the southern cays rise out of water you can see the bottom of from the boat, and a private captain can set up lunch on one. Timed to the tide, usually combined with the underwater piano off Rudder Cut Cay and a snorkel stop.
